Email us using the address below for listing corrections, tool problems or general feedback. A clear subject such as 'Schedule correction: teams, game date' helps identify the issue.
This site is an independent schedule guide. We cannot change an official school schedule, refund a ticket or unlock a paid stream. There is no guaranteed response time, so use the original provider for time-sensitive help.
Report a schedule, score or broadcast correction
For one game, include the matchup and date rather than just a team name. For a missing series or several missing games, include the full official schedule link and identify the dates affected.
For a postponed game, say whether a new date has actually been announced. For a score correction, use the final official box score when possible. A social post without a date or a cropped screenshot may not show enough context.
- The URL of the page with the problem, or the team page if a game is missing.
- Both teams, the game date and the game number for a doubleheader.
- The listed detail and what you believe it should say.
- The timezone you were viewing for a start-time issue.
- A link to the official school, conference, event or broadcaster announcement.

Get help with a schedule tool
Include the page URL, device or browser, your selected team and date range, and what happened. If you send a screenshot, crop out personal information.
A start time looks wrong
Check the timezone selector first and compare it with the timezone on the school's schedule. A school-listed time or TBA label may not be converted. Tell us both displayed times so we can distinguish a timezone issue from a schedule change.
A calendar or printout looks out of date
Tell us whether you downloaded an ICS file once or subscribed to a calendar URL. Downloads and printouts do not update themselves; subscribed calendars refresh on your calendar provider's schedule. Include the game date and calendar app, without sharing private calendar credentials.
For stream access, tickets or weather decisions
Contact the broadcaster for sign-in, blackout, subscription or video playback problems. Contact the school box office or ticket seller for ticket orders, seating and refunds.
For a rain delay, postponement or venue change, check the host school's current announcement before leaving for the park. Reporting a listing here does not contact the school or event organizer.
Privacy and content questions
Use the published contact address, when available, for questions about information you sent us or a name, image or link on the site. Include the affected URL and explain the request. Never send passwords, payment details or identity documents in an initial message.
Correction requests are checked against the source before a listing changes. A submitted suggestion does not automatically replace a score or published game time.
