What this privacy policy covers
This policy covers College Softball Schedule and its schedule, score, ranking, print and calendar tools. It does not cover a school, broadcaster, ticket seller or calendar provider you choose to visit.
The schedule tools do not ask you to create a profile, provide payment details or grant access to your personal calendar. Detecting your browser's timezone does not request GPS location permission.
Cookies, timezone preferences and saved filters
A cookie is a small value your browser sends back to the site. Local storage keeps a preference in the browser. A session links your browser to selections held by the server, so you can move around without repeatedly choosing the same filters.
The inventory below describes storage used by the current tools. Private browsing, browser settings and clearing site data can shorten its lifetime.

On a shared browser, someone else may see the saved selections. Browser session restoration can preserve a session cookie, so closing a tab is not a reliable way to clear your choices.
Information used to deliver pages and answer messages
Page requests and technical information
When you open a page or calendar feed, the service receives connection details such as an IP address, requested URL and browser information. Hosting and application services may record request times and error details to operate the site, investigate failures and address abuse. This page does not promise a fixed deletion period for hosting logs.
Corrections and email messages
If you email the site through a published contact address, you share your email address and anything in the message or attachments. Those details can be used to reply and investigate the report. Keep messages focused on the game or tool problem; passwords, payment details and personal records are not needed.
Calendar providers, official links and other websites
Downloading an ICS file gives you game events to import yourself; it does not let this site read or edit your private calendar. If you subscribe to a feed, your calendar provider fetches the feed URL and handles refreshes under its own privacy practices. The URL can reveal which team, conference or season the feed covers.
Opening an official schedule, stream, live-stats or ticket link takes you to another service. That service may receive connection information and use its own cookies or require an account. Review its policy before sharing information or paying.
The current schedule page templates do not include advertising or third-party analytics tags. Browser preference storage described here supports the tools; it is not an advertising preference profile.
How to clear cookies and reset your preferences
Use the timezone selector to change the time shown on game listings. To remove saved choices, use your browser's site-data settings to clear both cookies and local storage for this site. Clearing only the timezone cookie may leave the locally stored timezone available to recreate it on your next visit.
Use a tool's reset control, where available, to clear its saved filter selection. Clearing the session cookie disconnects the browser from that saved session; it does not instantly erase server logs or messages you previously sent.
Blocking cookies can prevent filters from staying selected and may affect timezone display. To stop calendar feed requests, unsubscribe inside your calendar app; clearing this site's cookies does not unsubscribe a calendar.
